"stopped by after an F45 workout today, and not only were the owner and workers super kind and helpful but the drinks were delicious and feel nutrient-dense, exactly as advertised! I can definitely understand why so many people head here after workouts or just as a way to add healthy yet yummy shakes or teas to their day"
